Festival parking & security guidelines

All facility users at MARINA FORT LOUIS are kindly informed of the following update: Conditions of use of the marina car park will be temporarily altered during the "Gastronomy Festival" - see security map:

Parking, road closures and restrictions

Parking is available sections P1 (reserved for marina users) and P2 (reserved for Yacht Club restaurant customers).
Sections A is strictly closed to vehicular traffic and parking. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owners’ expense.
Sections B is also closed to vehicular traffic and parking, with exception to Authorized vehicles. Vehicles parked in this area will be unable to leave.

Vehicular traffic

Festival set up will start sunday 12/11 at 12pm (noon), traffic will be altered in the marina car park from 4:00 pm onwards.

High traffic hours
6am to 12am: One way traffic
- Entry gate E1 (use key card)
- Exit gate E2

Low traffic hours
12am to 6am: Two way traffic
- Entry and exit gate E1 (use key card)
- Gate E2 closed
(When exiting Gate E1 step out of vehicle to access
key card reader on other side of gate. Do not run. Gate opening is extended to 40 secs so you may return to your vehicle at a comfortable pace)

Caution

Users are asked to exercise caution while driving in the marina’s car park during the festival. Please pay attention to signage. When exiting the car park avoid risky maneuvers on the main road.

Additional 24hour SECURITY will be stationed section A for festival surveillance, and 6 am à 12 am for traffic control
